2010 EE Installation problem

Hi please can anyone help me with this problem?
I am trying to install 2010 EE as an add on to trs 2009
and I am getting A message saying i must first download and install the appropriate free trainz updates from http/www.ts2009.com/sp/php
if you wish to install this content pack as an add on
I have got s/pack 1 and s/pack 2 and ts 2009 ver;40040
I cannot find anything else I have to download to make this work;
please any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
My OS is Vista ultmate

As an add on to 2009??? could you please be more explicit,or are you trying to put it in the same folder??More info mate

TS2010 apparently has a "merge" install option. Don't know exactly what it does but obviously it's not working quite right here. If all else fails you could try installing it stand alone. (Though I imagine exporting and importing your content could take a lot of time if you have a bunch of stuff.)
