Just ignore the Patch available button.

    Btw, older versions are unsupported.

I do not wish to update to the next higher SP version
I must admit that I had to read that twice to make sure that I was not being deceived. While some SP updates, TS12 and TANE come quickly to mind, have been "less than optimal" and a few have been outright disastrous, I have read no such criticisms of TRS19 SP1 in these forums or experienced any such issues myself.

    But each to their own.

In your Trainz installation map, just rename 'Patch Installer.exe' for example 'Patch Installer.exe.DONOT'
Works fine in my Tane SP1 HF4

Case in point. TANE SP1 was one update that I was glad to see the back of. It caused me no end of problems. TANE SP4 is by far the best version of TANE.

But as I said, each to their own.
