Merge big layouts?

merge Route works well, but works with 2 big layouts?

I merged @ 5 extremely large DEM's, and the file size is now 1.09GB and must be a million baseboards from Harrisburg/Enola to Pittsburgh Conway ... and will no longer save as a CDP, as the GND file is much too large ... the only way to transfer the route to another person is to send them 6 files: Gnd, Trk, Obs, Bmk, Config, and Screenshot, so they can manually import them into the CM
