What content is on your radar?

I'm glad to see someone back on this thread again. I always thought it was a rather useful thread.

Peter.

oh Lol I didn't check the date on the last post D: sorry to anyone I annoyed by bumming! But yes, I enjoy threads like this to! Particularly the JR wish list thread!

Since someone brought up this thread and since I am still waiting and waiting and waiting for TANE SP1, whenever the final will be released, have a look at what I am working on in the meantime. It is the South Australian 930 Class created by ALCO and build by AE Goodwin here in Australia. It is more or less the Alco DL 500 Class World Edition with dual cabs, one variant can be seen here.

As South Australia bought several variants of the DL 500 Class, some 37 or so locomotives in fact, some of these differ in look and detail. Below is the version I created, which is still WiP with no auto numbering and some other details not in place yet:

The bl@@dy forum suddenly does not let you insert links into thumb nails, it selects ALL thumbs at the same time. Nor can one post PLAIN TEXT after trying to inserting plain text below the links, The "insert plain text" is greyed out. Spiffy, where are you when needed!!!

Sorry for the large images, suddenly inserting thumbnails and linking each larger picture to its corresponding thumbnail does not work. See above:

Anyway, enjoy

Dino, if you see this, note the reflection on the window below, so simple to implement:

Remains to be seen but most likely I will after I do an ANR version in maroon, another in green/gold and a CommRail version too. I want to do so much content creating wise in the time left to me, I sure hope I do not run out of it any time soon (TM).

Very nice Herbert. I like the rivets on the side plates as well. I wish I had half your talent.

Thank you Deane but don't sell yourself short. I wish I had your talent in creating scenery items and since I don't, I stick to simple locomotives :hehe:. The rivets were done with "smoke and mirrors".
