Purchase two DLC's and Trainz shows them on Content Window, do not download?

Need a little help here,

I paid for and got notification for 2 DLCs I purchased yesterday.

Digital Product Information

Your MyTrainz Username is: blueodessey

USA Route - Forest Industry has been allocated to your MyTrainz Account and will be available in-game when you next start Trainz.

Est/Etat 241A Mountain Locomotives has been allocated to your MyTrainz Account and will be available in-game when you next start Trainz.


When I go to download this is what happens?



It shows the new DLC in my Content Store ready to go



I click on it, it immediately says and shows the word Downloading



But after waiting 5 mins or so, nothing else happens. I click on Download, and it tells me, Tried multiple times and failed?

I have never seen this happen, I also tried to dowload to my TRS19 Trainz same situation.

All my downloads worked flawlessly since I installed my TRS22 and TRS19 on my new HP VICTUS Laptop.

I'm loss to figure what is going on.

In the meantime, I went to DLS thru my game and did a download of free Route AMAZON Jungle, or something like that, and the popup window came in , validated the Route and it downloaded completely fine into my Game Window.

Any have an idea what would cause this.

Update I did a reboot,

Tried again, same thing,

I did go in CLient Logs and found this, maybe this will help ?

Same thing happened here with other DLC; anybody know what's going on?

Their DLC servers are down and are affecting DLC downloads for all version of Trainz.

I experienced the same "Download Failed after multiple retries" on Saturday but it worked on Sunday. The servers are apparently "down" again.

Zec has acknowledged the problem and they are working on it.

Try again tomorrow.

I guess this is one of those I have to sleep on it,, hopefully NV3 Folks can fix the issue.
