Virtual Railroad Company

So the idea popped up from seeing Virtual Airlines for FSX and then i looked it up and saw Virtual Railroad Companies for MSTS and TS2015. Does anybody else think its a good idea to make a virtual railroad company that models how a railroad works and its operations day to day. We could create routes and reskin locomotives and rolling stock (with permission of course) and distribute it and assign runs and such. But make it compatible for almost all versions of Trainz like have Multiplayer for Trainz 12 and beta TS2010. And hand out assignments for those with lower versions of Trainz. I dont know if anybody else has had this idea or thinks if it is good but i for one think its great and it is something that should be looked into.

Dragons Pass Railroad dose just that I'm 7 years ahead of ya there lol This is a mass network of 6 railroads in one map with many others. But the project has been halted and I haven't finished V5.0
