UP AC6000 project log

Well I have to admit this past week to tonight when people see this, has been a really busy and rather annoying one to say the least. While mapping and getting the 6000 prepared for final stages her glorious booty decided to glitch out on me. So tonight and im proud to say that I spent 9 hours making a replacement for her and daaannnggg she looks fine.

Anywho I got a long week ahead of me, hopefully I get the work done sometime this week and ben should be able to keep your interest while he works on the bogeys. Peace!

I'm currently working on the brake cylinders. Not to mention schools pushing me left and right, I'm stuck for now. I'm trying to get as much progress as I can done and I'd also like to add photo texturing is new for me and I have lots of editing to do even after it's all textured. That's my update currently.

Less glitchy, and a lot smoother. Though it may not look different but there are small differences. The side vents were re sized a little so they'd look better. Probably the most notable one right now. This isnt the first part to be redone either, Im sure as youre a modeler youd know there are some parts youve probably had to redo as well.

Yep, rebuilding models is my existence. You can't get better if you aren't taking your creations with you.

Yeah, too bad I dont model. :/ Im only good with skinning and I'm no where compared to alot of the other guys like CSXT or erik or a lot of others for that matter. LOL Thanks for the feed back though. much appreciated to hear what people are thinking.

Sadly Ben's computer got a bad virus from god only knows where, so he will not be able to post any update pic's till he's got it repaired. Sadly this means I don't think we will be able to release it this month... (posting this because he requested me to do it.)

My computer runs on windows 8.1. I'm able to be on my phone ATM. I put in a CD to listen to and my computer froze. I go to restart it and it refuses to boot up. It gives me two options, do a automatic repair or start windows normally. Neither works. So yeah, as you can tell, I'm angry.

This is why you should always have an anti virus program, and not a free one they don't work as well believe me I've tried. I use Norton and I've never had an issue since. (Knock on Wood)

I would not reccomend Norton as it greatly slows down your computer. I use ESET NOD32 currently on my laptop and it works quite well.

Someone told me that there is no such thing as a bad virus ... unless its a worm, eating your HD ... and almost all are repairable, sometimes difficult.

I had payware Antivirus programs for years, and they either gave False Positives, or were all fancy schmancy, animated GIF's, showing scanning motion images (all show ... no go) just a bunch of whirlygigs, making you think they are really doing something ... I had Norton for years and it rarely caught anything, Norton is losing sales as they are behind the times ... Free MS Security Essentials and Free Malwarebytes are pretty good ... Glary Utilities is GREAT !
