My System Profile:
Windows XP Professional SP3
Browser Explorer 8
Trainz Simulator 2009 (World Builder) Installed Patch
Passed All Auran Diagnostic Tools
No Antivirus software installed
Don't have a first class ticket
Internet connection is high speed wireless cable modem
Firewalls disabled for this test
I start TS2009, click on "Content" CM2 screen loads, wait for username and password to confirm in "Download Helper", Under Search I type "Western Maryland" and under current search I get 63 Assets. I click on any Asset and drag to "Download Helper" DH goes into Search mode then idle, I click on asset then the start button, DH goes into "Downloading" if there any dependencies they show up in red. If I drag my mouse over the "-" box it says "Unknown Content Error". The current speed never changes always 0.00KBps.
Download today never changes always 0.00MB. Any help would be appreciated, I have been at this for a two week now. What am I missing or is this the worst piece of software on planet earth. I have tried many things from this Forum and nothing works. So frustrated... My internet connection works with all other downloads and surfing. Thanks ! !
