UK Screenshots for Pre BR Blue. High resolution warning.

I hope you all don't mind a bit of fiction.

Loco No.1 of my make-believe pre-grouping company (Westfarthing Railway Co.) Taking the mid morning non-stop service.
Johnson 0-6-0 ordered from Derby Works.

Have a lovely day,

George

No.1 looks very fine and elegant to me George. A little bit of make believe with our trainsets never hurt anybody.

Don't mind me, just loading up the SnC again...I love this route, but does anyone have any word on whether it will get an update for newer versions? Still looks good, but at the same time it is beginning to show its age in some ways. Still love it though. Anyway, an 8F.

Enjoy!

The SnC still captures the overall scale of the landscape, though it really lacks some fine textures and grass splines at close quarters, by modern standards. That 8F still stands the test of time though.

Yarmouth as in on the Norfolk Coast Yarmouth, but I think Yarmouth Vauxhall station is called Great Yarmouth station now. This is from Morphus's UK Norfolk Branchlines route which is a fairly huge effort at modelling a large bite of Norfolk. It has a lot of issues and problems though which I'm gradually working on fixing.

Sounds like a similar situation to UK Sussex Lines to me Annie.. :hehe:

Three Johnson 0-6-0 2Fs

Hello everyone,

I have finished (with Paul's permission) tweaking the textures for his new pre-belpaire 2F.

Really happy with the results.

Dearnby & District - Hawkwell Station 1960's Era - Trainspotting during the annual Edwardian Steam Traction Festival.

A different creator to Sussex Lines Uk, but a similar situation with regard to trying to fix it all Tanker.

Altogether too much fun happening there with that Steam Traction Festival.

Class 31 D5581 on a Swanage-Norden service at the annual diesel gala, in decidedly overcast weather. For this model, I am using the excellent enginesounds and hornsounds by samuelc33.

Some goodly shots over the past few days.

Below, certainly Pre Br Blue,

Cheers, evilcrow

Steve Flanders's early 19th century engines are certainly a lot of fun to mess about with.

A brief little run on the Rosstyre Plateway.

I've had this TANE era route, Badger Tanglefoot I think it's called, in my database for a while now and I've only browsed around it once, never drove anything...anyway here's a classic from me, a Coronation Scot. Even without PBR, they still look really good!

Enjoy!

Come to the dark side where it's nothing but fun. Seriously though with not being well at present I needed something to cheer me up. I used to read the Railway Series Stories to my children when they were small so nothing like going on a little nostalgia trip.

Great fun! This is what Trainz is all about - having fun! More here: https://www.rmweb.co.uk/topic/13165...g-grouping-and-br-layouts-workbench/page/361/

The ever so serious Trainzers might not like it but thanks for bringing out the 'toys' in Trainz!

Rob.

Nicely done. When my son was young, we'd watch TTTE with Ringo Starr and George Carlin as the narrators. I might have to see if I can actually find the books!
