ts12 Not downloading

Hello all ,

I'm using TS12 build 61388

It's inpossible to DL from Cont.Man. When downloading , the downloadhelper screen shows all the right signs even the black arrows going down.
After a while it say's Idle , nothing nada .

From the DLS downloading (black pages) i get message "page not found" .
Yes , i have a i-net connection .

I'm using a FCT .

Run a Network Diagnostics check from the File menu in Content Manager and post the results. As for the webpage, can I check whether you are using the Download or Download Page link?

That is possible which is why I'm suggesting a Network Diagnostics check.

EDIT: Just run a Network Diagnostics check on mine with issues with ftp firstclass and a couple of other checks.

Some things download while others do not as Leksie as pointed out. I keep getting the red items as well. At the moment there are 4 left in my updates that are like that. There were 3 the day before and they have finally updated. Something is screwy.

My recent network diagnostics shows pass, however, the one I ran earlier failed on the items Shane mentioned. Something's messed up...

The DLS database and filebase seem to be out of sync (again). The new uploads for the last (2) days are listed, but they are not available for download.

That was an issue I had a few days ago and a couple of weeks ago too.

Little Green Men (LGM). They visited during the night and glued all the cables back together.

I think the data finally synchronized.
