hey guys,trying to install trainz12 from dvd but the second step asks me to enter a computer serial no,ie.
Username:Jimi
Organization:Hewlett Packard Company
Serial no:-
i have tried the code from the game manual,the actual serial no from the comp and it wont even let me go to the next step.Any ideas !!

It is the serial number printed on the back cover of the manual that you have to enter. This begins with the letters "ATRZ"

The most common errors when entering serial numbers are:

• misreading characters - e.g. "l' and "1", "O" and "0", "B" and "8", etc
• including the separator character "-" in the entered code (in some cases you need to enter this, in others you don't)
• and my most common error, leaving out a code group in the entered code
