Trainz Plus randomly stopped working

Long time trainz use here My Trainz account seems to randomly be having issues. I currently run Trainz plus build 126280 and now when I load the game it either attempts a database repair and eventually gets stuck and wont finish repair. If I attempt my own database repair it now says "duplicate repair attempt aborted". and does not complete a database repair. I also noticed under mytrainz account login it now says "your my trainz account lacks authorization for this product" and my trainz login succeeded, but build authorization has failed.

Not sure what happened I simply just opened the game back up and it had all these issues all of sudden and will not load. I have uninstalled and re installed and same things happen.

any ideas?
 
The "duplicate repair attempt aborted" message indicates that the original DBR, the one that did not finish, is still running. I would use Task Manager to fully terminate Trainz in that situation before attempting a manual DBR. If the problem persists then two possibilities are:-
  1. your antivirus software. If you have one installed (and if not, why not?) then add trs22.exe to its runtime exclusion list (Trainz Plus uses trs22.exe or trs19.exe as its main executable). The instructions for doing this will vary between virus checkers. This will prevent the antivirus program from scanning everything that Trainz opens while operating, particularly during DBRs and downloading from the DLS.
  2. a corrupted install. The solution may be to delete Trainz Plus and reinstall.
My thoughts and ideas.
 
@Dyratrast - Sort out the Trainz authorisation issue first. Go to the Settings, MyTrainz tab and re-enter your User ID and password for the exact product you've purchased. Ensure that completes and that you have reinstalled the correct Trainz Plus build. Then associate the build with your saved Userdata folders by pointing the build to your main UserData (local data) folder (path) once again in the Trainz Settings, Install tab.
Then carry out the steps outlined above by @pware to resolve the database repair issues.
 
If it says you succeeded, you are connected to the server. Your my Trainz account lacks authorization for this product means you don't have a Plus subscription active. It may have just expired.
