Says account is not authorized

I was asking for help on another thread about how to transfer files I have figured that out I believe. But once everything was said and done the game is now saying that my account is not authorized and will not load the game. The account on the Trainz website shows i have DLS Access for Trainz 22 but when I try to start the game after the file transfer it now says that my account is not authorized what do I need to do?

Double-check the login on your launcher, and if that is correct you will probably have to submit a help desk ticket.

I just restarted the game a 2nd time and it worked and everything is working!
