I'm not well versed on the whole DRM scheme as I don't play any other online games, but I'm one of those that if I am going to buy a version of Trainz, I want the hard copy disc of the core game, or I am not buying it. DLC wise, while the current way it's handled is OK right now as far as N3V goes, I doubt I would buy any more if it became any more "involved". As far as 3rd party content goes, if it can't be used offline I probably wouldn't buy it.
