Within a few days of release, Trainz Simulator for iPad made #1 top grossing app in the UK and Top 10 in 27 other countries. Awesome stuff!

Wow ! Ten years already !

I remember when i received my Trainz CE. It was a thursday morning of december.

The postman gave me the box anf i haven't hands enough to open it.

I've installed the Trainz program and, i admit, i've been disappointed at first sight. But, one hour later, i was able to smell sawdust and glue on my fingers, just like if i was working on a real layout.

Since that moment, Trainz became part of me. I still own all the programs (Trainz different versions) and i am planning to buy the 2010 opus.

For sure, what started as a shy project is now something trains fans could not ignore.

Happy 10th Birthday, Trainz! I've been on board for almost exactly half that journey and it's been enjoyable.
