While trying out a session I have been working on, I came across a "fatal error" message that seemingly terminated the driver session. It gave the "Trainz encountered a problem and was closed" message.

After going back into Surveyor, I noticed that in at least one instance, there had been a glitch where somehow there were "ghost trains," that is duplicate trains on top of each other, in the exact same spot on the track, with the ghost train not being able to be selected or deleted. For purposes of demonstration, I moved the player train back in this screenshot. Originally it was aligned perfectly with the "ghost."

I'm assuming this is related to the error, although it appears to be Jointed Rail related so I'm not sure. Does anybody have any idea what is causing these issues, and how to get around them?
