Third-party payware "Packaged" in a DLC!

Today I purchased a few locomotives from Jointed Rail but two of them couldn't be installed... because both are "Packaged" since used in sessions of "West from Denver" DLC route! They are:

This should NOT happen!

Report that to the Helpdesk. That sounds like an error.

Answered in your other post of the same question.

You don't own the locos that the DLC package has unless you have it installed. If you remove the Denver package the locos will also be removed. But as you have bought the locos they will remain active without the Denver route.
