Perhaps it relates to purchased and registered products.
A few of the Trainz versions on various timeline are also no longer supported, but they still appear.
Didn't Paint Shed originally have to be paid for? I got my copy after it became freeware but don't recall having to register it.
Maybe you need some kind of "till tag" for it to be recognised.

The Treez pack had to be registered and that doesn't appear. Neither does S&C.

Paintshed was a separate program, in it's own case. I still have mine, and yes it was from around the UTC years.
For those that have supported Trainz from the beginning, the station stops are a badge of pride, and are not "ridiculous". It's not unusual for people to have that opinion, in this world where everyone is supposed to exactly the same, no better, no worse, just pawns to be moved around the board. No one should accomplish more than any other, no children should be graded, and no trophies should be handed out unless everyone gets one.
It's amusing to observe that those who smirk at the things that others have usually do so because they have none.

I have paint shed, but mine doesn't show up, thats because it came free with the special UTC version but do I think of it as some sort of badge of merit?.... NAAAAH...!!!!

I registered my version of Trs12 on January 16th 2012, and it was visible before the forum changement. ( registered versions are 2009-2010-2012 ). I received the registration mail.
Now, as you can see the version trs12 is not visible. Could it be that an old backup copy of the registration was replaced?

I think this is just a business idea from N3V to get people to buy all their versions. It's pretty smart actually and it's the users fault if they fall. So I don't blame Auran
