Difficulties with the Trainz Store.

Hello everyone!

I have been trying to make purchases on the Trainz Store, but I have not been able to. The website itself informs me that there is a problem (which has been going on for a long time!!) and that I must change my password to be able to complete the purchase. However, even after changing the password, nothing happens. I have sent several emails since 11/03/2024 to the N3V support team (support@trainzportal.com - feedback@n3vgames.com), but so far I have not received any response. The curious thing is that I receive several emails about promotions, warning me to use my Trains Points, but when it comes time to complete the purchase, nothing happens and I do not have the answers I am looking for.
For this reason, I am coming through this channel to ask a friend who can help me with this issue or even if someone from N3V can help me.

I don't think any of the support email addresses are used. I would recommend you contact using the helpdesk ticket system by clicking "Support" at the top of this page.
