Switches Changing Directions Causing Derailments

On the Mojave I'm running long consists and some switches are changing directions as the cars are passing through them causing derailments. I've had this problem a few years ago on a different route but I forget how to fix it. Would some one refresh my old mind. Thanks.

Change the default direction of the junction.

Thanks for replying. My trains are either going East or West and what I've done is set all the switches to East hoping for a smoother run. I guess I might have to set the offending switches to West. Now I just have to find the buggers. Actually it was interesting to see some runaway loaded wellcars passing the consist on the opposite track going downhill a lot faster than the locos. They eventually flew off the track at a sharp curve.
