Stalled locos

Has anyone had the problem of locos which dont move, in general it seems to be the eastern european ones, I have a DM62 1796 by dumont and a ep2k by bort85 or tchm2 both do not move in dcc mode,Does anyone know how to fix these i have pev soft tools but have used them yet, maybe there is a command line that is faulty. any ideas on how to fix thanks.

What would DM62-1796 began to move DCC, you need to run it. Ctrl + right mouse button -> View Details... In opened browser you must push button "Запуск дизеля"
