Does Auran replace CD's because I'm missing my TS2004 disc two CD and the deluxe content CD is corrupt. As for TRS2006 my disc #4 is corrupt and i didn't edit it, no nothing it's just corrupt. No I'm not saying this at the helpdesk because I don't want to wait three months for a reply.

Might I ask, YOU ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM! WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ranting over. In all seriousness, you must be very problemed.

The CDs can not be replaced because the games are no longer supported. It would be best to get some used games or something like that and use your game codes when instaling them.

Wow can you post a topic that isnt general complaining about something? No why would Auran replace discs to obsolete products? I am surprise you havent been ban for thread spamming.

hert:confused:

Hate to say it but you wont get anywhere with it via the forums by being impatient about it.

Formally submitting it to the helpdesk is your best option as its documented at that point. They get backed up and they have limited staffing. We all know this.

Give 'em a break...do it the right way and be done with it. Besides I dont know why you need 2004 and 2006 disks anymore anyways...you have 2009 according to your profile here. 2009 is leaps and bounds better than both of the older ones!

We do not provide replacements for lost or damaged discs. It is your responsibility to ensure that your discs are kept safe, and that you are able to find them as required.

If they discs worked previously (likely, seeing as the helpdesk hasn't been contacted about it before), then they cannot simply become corrupted. They've either been damaged, or your CD/DVD drive is not reading the discs properly (a 'corrupted' disc message can point to a faulty CD/DVD drive).

In any case, this is the sort of thing that should be sent to the helpdesk (albeit in this case the answer is above).

As has been said many times before, a 'blunt' message such as yours really doesn't get you very far with the community. If you want the community to provide assistance, then please remember to be polite.
