Partial downloads then error on two different routes

Bottom line question, is this basically normal? Not being able to download routes, getting partial downloads? Just learn to live with it?

Second question, I'm assuming because I'm downloading purchased content, there's no FCT/speed limit issue, right?

Third question, there's no FTP alternative right?

Thanks.

Long version:

Hi, I'm in 2022 PE and trying to download the Healesville 1910's portion of the Healesville - 1913-1920 route.

(Though when I look in the Trainz Content Store it shows Healesville 1910 as a separate package, with a download error.)

I'm getting an error for a couple of routes, for each route it's the same file each time, I keep getting this error repeatedly. See the images below, please, it's saying "corrupt cdp."

Everything else is working, I've been able to download other routes partially today so I really doubt this is my virus software, internet connection, ISP blocking, etc.

so my Trainz 2022PE app is capable of connecting to the Auran/N3V server, it just dies after a while.

I tried hitting up firstclass.auran.com with my username and email but neither works to log in there (using the same password I put into the Trainz app).

So the question is, not really how to fix, but how do I learn how to live with it? Take long walks? Get a dog? LOL.

Thanks again.

so the Geneva Sub Division download eventually failed too, a slightly different error message:

this was after maybe 20-30 minutes of downloading.

There was a third message for another file type, I forget which one.

I had a similar issue with downloading a couple of routes that I purchased from the Trainz Store. Turned out that my version of Trainz wasn't up to date. Once I updated my Trainz+ the downloads went fine.

Hope that this helps.

Thanks guys, no VPN, an I'm running Trainz 2022PE off Steam so I don't think I'm running and old version.

I have been talking about this in another thread, done detailed analysis, it looks like the Trainz CDN server is sending a RST packet at some point, still narrowing it down. Submitted a ticket.

Thanks again
