We are pleased to say that we have now fixed the memory issues with 32bit machines and will be releasing TS2010:EE for Digital Download today. We appreciate the patience you have shown us over the last few weeks and would like to stress that we wish to make the simulation as enjoyable for you all as possible.
We are still not totally happy with an issue on some ATI Video cards due to a conflict between the latest ATI drivers and SpeedTree, however we are currently working closely with the SpeedTree Developers to fix this issue and are hoping to have a patch out in a couple of weeks. We have decided to release now as we have already delayed for a couple of weeks and wish to keep our promise of a Christmas delivery, and this issue only affects a small percentage of people. As stated above a patch to fix this is our highest priority.
Boxed copies of TS2010 will start being sent out next Monday on the 7th Dec in time for delivery for Christmas.
Now that we have a final build we will be making a new video to show off the full features of TS2010:EE. This video should be available at the end of the week.
Work will be continuing on TS2010 SP1 which will take into account the feedback after launch as well as the start of our localization efforts ready for a Retail release next year.
