Regretful apologies to everyone

I have just joined within the last few days, but have seen Alistair's posts and have learned from them. What a tragedy. May his spirit live on in these forums. Be nice to one another, folks.

Thank you kcdowdy for being so honest about it. It's important for all of us to remember that you can't take others for granted in life because you never know when it is the last time you will speak to them. I'm sure bean will forgive you. :)

I'll always remember being side by side with you, elbow deep in oil, keeping the East Kent 101 DMMU going for another week :)
 
To virtually repeat everyone else,

Oh My God!

I am actually quite shocked and saddened by this death and its even more upsetting when you actually know the person yourself!


For now, I feel more sorry for the family who ultimately knows him most, so, my condolences (As with everyone elses, goes to them)

Finding words in this sort of siutaiton, is hard, even more so when you actaully know, chatted and regard the person as some sort of friend...!

This is sad news. Really Shocking. I think beanie (Alistair) and I joined the forums at pretty much the same time. All those years ago.

Beanpole will be missed. His participation was a great asset to the community, and he was even a beta tester for Trainz.

RIP mate.

What a shock to hear this. A life cut short. I'll miss his posts that I've enjoyed reading over the last 5 years.

Very very sad news indeed. HJP was always one of the members I respected a lot. His passing leaves a very large void in the community that will be impossible to fill.
My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

Alastair was a pillar of the community and we will deeply miss him.
My deepest condolences - and those of the whole TrainZItalia community - to Alastairs family in this moment of sorrow.
