qr clv carriages faults

I have managed with great difficulty to download some qr clv carriages, but cmp states they are faulty.

I used these carriages on a layout, seem ok, but they will not couple or de-couple.
Is there a way to fix these faults ????

Any idea WHICH CLV's they are? I'm presently redoing the database for 2010, so will take a while (80gb+ of content) before I can check them.

Let me know if they are mine and I'll have a look.
CLV1566 is in TRS09 format but the others CLV580 are in 2006 format.
