Haven't seen such a thread here, so thought I'd start one. Perhaps this or an equivalent could be set up as a sticky.
This thread is for anyone planning to host a public multiplayer session who wishes to extend an open invitation for other members of the community to join in.
Always include at the least the following in your post:
1. Start and expected finish times (remember we are in different timezones, so always include these times in UTC)
2. Route
3. Session name
4. Language(s) the dispatcher can use
5. Maximum number of drivers in the session
6. Whether joining just to watch is OK
7. Era
8. A brief description of the nature or objectives of your session. If your session is oriented towards beginner or expert drivers, or anything else in particular, say so!
