profile issue

when ever i download stuff from or whenever the cmp comes up it updates and looks for my profile but it ends in telling me that either i do not ahve or are not registered ok, i am ok/ as is indicative of my login user name which is stationfried and entered in the settings internet tab on the cmp page. ok, so what is happening?

Try going to your Profile and click on edit password. Re-enter your password and save. It might help.
