Proceedure for installing addons to Ts12

Evening all. Will finish downloading TS12 tonight and install tomorrow. After install do I move the Ts2010 files, S&C.ja (updated to ts2010), Duchess.ja and my local files across in one go and then do a extended repair? Thanks for any assistance.

If you've just downloaded then you will have SP1, which installs addons differently. When you start the game for the first time it will automatically redownload and install your DLCs (assuming you've logged in and registered etc).

TS2010/Duches/SnC - copy the relevant .ja files to TS12/Builltin, then add the serial numbers into the Trainz Options box, click OK, then do an extended database repair.
Note - If you install SP1 or purchased it recently, any .ja based addon packs you have installed (apart from TS2010) will become invalid and will have to be redownloaded using the ingame interface.

Local files - use Import Content function in Content Manager and point it at the relevant Local or Original folder.

Thanks for the replies, thought I would have finished with downloading! nevermind will get there in the end.

It's due to the nature of the SP1 system, although it's a one-time process unless an update for the content pack is released.
