Problems with Planet Auran

According to Spiffy's announcement everything is fixed. Not at my end. I cannot access the dls because it keeps telling me to reenter my user name and password. After longs waits trying to access Planet Auran and then editing my profile I get the message that it has been updated. Go back to content manager and I get the same message as before. I can access the black pages for downloading but not through 3.6. My user name and password are fine, I can log into everything except the dls. What's the problem.

Thank you, Shane.

I saw this error late last night (early this morning) when I was told I had reached my 100MB limit then I got the lost connection to DLS message. I then reentered my information and was able to finish downloading updates. The process was really slow though afterwards. I was too tired to post anything and went to bed instead.

No problem - I've been testing it quite a few times (as I've currently got CM open to revalidate around 5,500 'false positive' assets), including Network Diagnostic checks.

The message I keep getting is I need to update my user name and password. After I do that I get the message that it can't find my contract or serial number. So I redo that but everything is fine there. No problems. Go back to cm 3.6 and there's that message again. Something is screwed up at Auran's end. Everything was fine until last night. They have me going in a circle.

Talk about being fast. Everything is working for now. I have my fingers crossed.
