Pikkabird is even harder to get a hold of but I'm sure I read a post the other day on one of the forums about which forum he hangs about on these days .
He's on UCF's Facebook friends list and I've messaged him via there to let him know.

I'd read this thread before commenting any further on that...
I would hesitate to believe all that you hear on the forums Russell

If reading between the lines is true and I am only second guessing so don't take my word as true, even they don't have a clue what the new EULA means and what situation it would apply to. Or they realised that they were being far too restrictive and therefore back down, what got me thinking, how would their EULA stand up in court anyway? It gets you thinking as I wonder what Microsofts EULA for Visual Studio says. Many thanks for your reply.
We're collating the feedback relating to the EULA and are aiming to have an internal discussion on this on Monday or Tuesday so that we can provide further clarity on this.
Dave has been in touch and he's 99.9% sure that its his class 92 that's been cloned .
He's started to lean on the owner of the Railworks depot facebook page and as if by magic the class 92 renders that where on there yesterday have disappeared !!
If that isn't an admission of guilt then I dont know what is ?!
I know for sure that I would go to great lengths to prove my innocence if I was accused of the same thing and that I knew that the content in question was built by me , So the renders would remain in place .
I think some comments about the origins of the 91 + Mk4's need posting on there as well .....
@WEN . I'd suggest trying to find out if the origins of your 141 clone in railworks can be traced back to this Railworks depot site http://www.railworksdepot.co.uk/ as that seems to be the main distribution point for cloned trainz content ?
You may have seen on the forum that Finchy is stepping down with his content creation, he has been busy and had loads of new models on the way - these models will make thier way to you via the RWD team. However no timescale has been decided for release. Watch this space for more info when it becomes available
