Patchers for Trainz 2010 build 42203

Hi I have just bought trainz 2010 and installed it on my computer. I was told my build 42203 was out of date, can anybody tell me were I can find the patchers to bring it up to date. Thank you. Also how do I register my new copy of 2010 so I can use download station and content manager.

Once you have done that ...................

To register, click on the 'OPTIONS' on the opening screen, under 'general' you enter your key.
