I bought Trainz 22PE from steam, I see the build number, but can not find the registration number to submit it here for DLS content, and to register it here, any help with where I can find this?

Hi. Newer trainz should automatically register to your account when you sign into trainz. If this hasn't happened, would recommend opening a helpdesk ticket

There is no registration number for this game. You need to, Launcher - Settings- Internet : Enter your username, password. Then: Launcher - Purchase and install all the content in the "Purchased" tab.
