#1-on members ignore list
Fellow Forum Members ,

In a recent thread , there was interest shown for the 'old' avatar listing in regards to post count . I have this list in my image folder and will post it in this thread if someone could give me directions ? I do not want to post to an image hosting site .

Thanks in advance , --- ,dave

Thanks "D", I have saved it on my PC. I do appreciate it!

Ed , I am certain you remember many of the missing names ?
Could you please post as many as you remember ?
PS time is of the essence :hehe:

And Thanks again to HiBaller ( Bill ) !!

Thanks for the list, Dave, and thanks to Bill for hosting it. :)

Based on the list screenshot, it seems that the names you are talking about that we should fill in are names of the locomotives. Were there not user titles associated with them? My only screenshot of the old Trainz forum, a screenshot of the preserved front page of a thread (see here (warning: 198 KB, 1280 x 800-pixel PNG): http://hostthenpost.org/uploads/6af0d18336291e2b66049ee23326e175.png) at the Internet Archive Wayback Machine (which no longer seems to have any archived bits of the old Trainz forum available :(), shows a "Signalman" user title for the user "Mdobele", who had the blue locomotive for the post count of 80 to 100. I seem to remember another user title, "Dispatcher", though I am not really sure which locomotive that went with; perhaps the Krokodil?

So I'm working on the Union Pacific DDA40X, and Ed will still have the British HST locomotive when he reaches 10,000 posts. Oh well; he'll reach 15,000 soon enough. ;)

Regards,

Retro.

Retro,

Thanks for the info ! You are correct , I would like the name that showed on the Forum , not the loco name . eg : Post of 80 will be Dispatcher . I also remember Brakeman , Engineer but do not know which avatar they were associated with ?

With help like yours we will be able to duplicate the list as it once was , for whatever it is worth :p !

I am almost certain (check in the German threads) that 200 posts gets you the "Krokodil" (without the "E" and with a "K")

Bill

Looking forward to seeing the end result of all of this. I do hope it will be widely shared.

The humorous side of the earlier Forum, which I've heard about but pre-dates my membership, still shines through but this is one bit of history yet to be exposed. Fascinating so far!

Cheers
Casper

I wonder what the highest post counts were on the old forum, and which members had them. I have little doubt that Ed was one of them! ;)

Not certain, but pretty sure they were first and second, or maybe second and third. Was first 'Passenger' or am I thinking of the old USLW forum?

We used to call 400 posts 'The Whale' but not sure if that was the formal title or just forum slang...

Andy

Edit: Not ready to swear on my life, but the more I think about it the surer I am that Passenger - Brakeman - Engineer were the first three...

Sounds like fun but what is the point behind this, what do you intend to do with the old avatars?
I'm just curious..
Just remembered while looking at the list, when I got the Kroc I waffled as much as I could to get rid of it. Awful looking thing.
