Anyway, I would like to announce that the brand spankin' new Michigan Rail Industries forums are now up! There's still some work to do, but I encourage you all to head on over. The Team will be there, and you will be able to get live help in the evenings, especially after May 29.

Hi Blue,

No offence intended, but could you please share a light on what makes your website different / better / special compared to this website?

What I mean is this:

The Team will be there, and you will be able to get live help in the evenings, especially after May 29.

Those same people are also on this forum, I am able to get help 24/7 on this forum here (so not only when it is evening in your part of the world) and already right at this moment without having to wait till May 29.

In other words:
What is that thing special about your website that I can not find here which might persuade me and many others to get a smile on their face and join yours ?

Na it's alright. I was expecting as such. Really all I can say now is that that's the place to keep track on our projects, and also when there will be a release. Sure, we'll post such things here, but not all the time. Well, I can only speak for myself, not my team.

Oh yeah. A bit more lenient on the moderation as well. Basic rules are the same, but we have a "two strike" policy. Two infractions and you're gone for a month.

MIRI Forums have really the general forum catergories: Screenshots, General, Projects, Community.

BUT...

Since the MIRI Team operate their projects off of that site mainly, they'll most likely be there ready to respond, while here it takes a while, partially because we have many n@@b$ on this forum and the creators have to deal with smaller problems that should've never happened before the bigger, real issues. At least one of us will be online until most likely 11 PM EST (we all need to sleep). On fridays and saturdays, that person(s) will most likely be me (or nascarfan100), b/c no school the following day. There will be timely updates on projects that will be found there first before the other sites (at the staff member's own discretion) and did I mention early releases to members? (At least for my stuff, not sure about the others.)

That's about it for now. I'll edit again once I know more. Even though the forum is online, its still mainly under construction, and it might not be completely done until JUNE!
