New Files: Downloads via CMP/CM3

I try it in English, I'm a german user, sorry.

Why can't I download a new (today new) File with the CMP/CM3 from DLS?

I look to http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php
And I click "Download", the CMP/CM3 open, but I see the "?" icon.
On next day, I can download this file, or I use the "Downloadpage" and the "Download FTP"-hyperlink

You do not appear to have any serial numbers registered - this is a requirement to download from the Download Station.

Also, Content Manager is about 2-3 days behind the web-based Download Station - if you are in need of a piece of new content before this, use the Download via FTP option.

why is that so?
I think, the CM3 is the future.

the DLS

I`m having the same problem with the DLS, 90% of the time when i try to download using DLS it just buzzes and removes the item, i then have to use FTP , is it me or am i doing somthing wrong , also over the years / it taking longer and longer to log on and download items from the DLS , i`ve been paying each year for the last 6 years for a First Class Ticket and its not really getting better to be honest
