Hey guys noticed the new vegetation train advertised on the front page but am unable to find it. I checked under MOW in payware but it's blank. Money is burning a hole in my pocket

They are most likely getting the last bits together for the release. Sometimes the webpages get done in preparation.

Yeah. If anything they updated part of the site in preparation for a payware release tomorrow or Tuesday. AFAIK I've never seen JR release this late in the day so it should be in the next few days based on what has happened before.
