Nature Screenshots! (BIG and NUMEROUS pictures!)

Thanks...I was trying to get a picture of the moon rising also in the same spot, But for some reason. I have never seen the moon as of yet in Trainz.

That is because there is no moon in Trainz, I believe. It has been discussed in the Suggestion Boxcar forum before, though.

Regards.

Hello,

Search the user " Arraial ". He has created several moon assets that are of superb quality and will surely accomplish the feel you wish to gain on the route and the dusk, heavy night, or earn morning.

Take care,

Thanks Ryan - I just downloaded and installed one of his moon. Do I need to do anything extra for it to show up in the sim?

Hello,

No sir you don't. Shouldn't atleast as they show in both my TRS2009 and TRS2012 perfectly fine. If you have any problems feel free to send me a P.M. and I will glady try and help. Arraial is a wonderfull content creator, and I would suggest looking into the other assets he has created. They're wonderful models of excellent quality.

Take care,

Thanks Ryan, But I still dont see the moon in the WIP route that I am working on. Havent tried it on any other route as of yet, But will at some point in the next few days.

No, it is fixed in position at all times.

You could do a night sky with a moon of course, but with the way skies tile the image you would end up with multiple moons racing across the sky at the exaggerated speed of the clouds.

-Eaglefan, nice shot! If you change the time of month in the environment settings, you can put some vegetation on those trees!

Thanks Joe - Right now, My main concern is just to get the moon to show up when I do night running on routes. Once, I get that working properly. Then, I might screw with something else.
