I do not really like the Beam-top visual signal to when driving the Monorail trains mostly around the Junctions areas so we do not have the our own monorail crashes

Ish, I think he means are you going to make some sidemount Signals to use instead of the tracktop ones.

@Jim -- if so, then nope ... actually, I don't even know if such monorail systems have traffic lights -- I would imagine so, but I have not come across any!

I am posting to update and inform everyone here, that I have recieve permission from JFE to release skins of his Monorail. He messaged me a few days prior to this and approves of reskinnings.
However, Due to current circumstances, I will not be releasing anything too soon, the blue and purple MKVII skemes are still unfinnished, and I intend to finnish them all before releasing.
But, this does open up the door for requests, so If you have been waiting to ask for anything, I welcome your ideas.

Same here ... I asked him about a month ago, and I got his blessings a few days ago!!
However, unlike NartCar (We need you know your real name :hehe: ), I will not be making any reskin soon until I finished both monorail systems. Still, NC, I might throw some requests your way, etc:wave:
I will be reskinning to match my system where as you, you just reskin, in general, I'm assuming!

Well, I am looking for mass transit skemes to skin, My main hope is to boost the monorail into a major transit vehicle on this game, so if you have some ideas, i would be happy to listen. I have the basic white monorail skeme done, so i have a good base texture to start with. however, i will be booked for a while (time wise) I am a honors student, with full honors classes, and time at this point is a blessing i just dont have. During the week I may be lurking on the forums once in a while(or i might be here once a day), but on the weekends, i will be most active, and most likely skinning cars and working on trainz.
Ive recieved a few requests so far:
All Disneyworld monorails (I assume meaning in the MKVII skeme)
SP colors*
Mil road colors*
*most likely, these will be lower on my list, due to the fact they are quite far fetched, and would require planning on my part to the design of the paint skeme itself,
Update on Skins made:
Well, I have noticed a particular inacuracy that is bothing me (other than the fact im skinning mkVIs)
Pay Notice to the ribbing on the Middle White panel, Mine would appear to be lacking any shadowing... should be a quick fix after I get my editing programs running on my new computer

Second, on weekends just showdown the PC's and enjoy your youth!! In my opinion, you should be experiencing life, so forget about all this rekin, and take your time ... you only get one time to be a teenager, so enjoy it!

I can give it a stab,
First, (using microsoft paint or other paint program), could you send me a picture of the exact colors you would like to see? Seeing as its a rough draft, the colors, I asume, Are not quite what you would like to see..... i dont need anything like a fancy drawing, just the correct colors..

Yes I do, I just need him to send me clear colors so that he knows exactly how they look together. I do the same thing befor i start skinning to make sure the colors look the best that they can together.
Under some consideration, I figure it might be easier If i leave a pic here that people can download and mark up, then repost to demonstrate their skemes

Nick, posting that screen shot is a smart idea ... instead of making the textures myself, I'll draft out a simple illustration, using your picture, and send it to you -- not sure when I'll get to it, but we both are in no rush! :wave:
(You can then upload with your own kuids, since you have put all of your though and time behind the monorail system -- it's why I am being lazy, LOL):hehe:

I do have a rather unusual request for monorail paint schemes. As many of you may know, I am a HUGE aviation fan. That being said, how about some monorails painted in different airline liveries? Some examples could be United Airlines, Delta, Southwest, or US Airways.
