It looks like your account and your purchased Trainz version build and the installed build don't fit each other? It's only a thought, but may be.
A second thought is the Trainz update target don't fits your purchased trainz version?

Exclude TRS22.exe from real-time scanning and make sure that it's allowed through the firewall.
Ensure you are logged in.
At the Launcher:
Click on Trainz settings.
Click on Internet.
Your username and password are the same that you used to download the program and use to log in to the forums.
