K&L Trainz Steam Locomotive pics!

These shots are AMAZING!!:D

Btw, how'd you get the O18a to have smoke deflectors?

Thanks! When you're in Surveyor or Quick Drive (in T:ANE), open the "Trains" tab, click on the question mark ("?"), and then click on the locomotive. You should see a tab towards the top of the pop-up window that says "Extra Settings". Click on the box next to "Deflectors". And there you go!

Also, I would suggest that you register your Trainz serial number(s).

Holy, all of these images are just breathtaking, you must have taken a really long time to edit the lightning effects of all of these.

Thanks a bunch! It actually didn't take that long. Most of what I did was in the default photo editor in Windows 10. I won't go into too much detail, but basically, I cranked the saturation, gave it a bit of a warm temperature, lightened the shadows, darkened the highlights, cranked the contrast, darkened the brightness a bit, gave it some vignette, and used selective focus (in that order). I consider it my signature editing style (though I'm sure there are a few people who edit their photos in a similar way).

No problem, i also have a image editing program but it can be quite hard to use it, let me see what i can do with it.

Here are some images of K&L Trainz Locomotives in action on my own fictional route. (It is still a W.I.P)

A CN G16 waits patiently at Renfield Platform 3 as a Reading T1 enters Platform 1 with a Express.

On shed at Renfield is a PRR K4 on Standby and a N&W A Class getting prepared for a fast freight train.

A C&O J3a hauling the Chessie Safety Express passes a house built right by the track just outside of Renfield.

It's a beautiful day to ride up to Frostburg! All 5 cars that are included in the set will have open vestibule interior views!

Ooh, 5 carriages, and all with interior views, wonderful, just amazing. 734 looks wonderful. Not gimme pigging, but wondering, is 1 carriage business car no. 204? (I know there is a restoration campaign underway and she has gotten some publicity, so just wondering) and 4 was an early number I heard, so that is why I am wondering since 204 has gotten some attention recently. These is wonderful whatever it is, 5 carriages (Man O' War included) and 734...simply fabulous! This is lovely. Steve I swear it would be completely impossible for you to make a bad engine, even with 734's "Odd" stature (short chimney, etc.) she still looks BEAUTIFUL! That is a lovely setting too, quite nice. If this was a screenshot competition of all of the shots' settings you have taken it would be towards the top.

5 cars being included are:

726 Man O' War (red)
850 Howard O. Hovatter (silver)
876 Cumberland (red)
880 Frostburg (red)
1365 bike car (gray w/red stripe)

It's pretty prototypical of the short Sunday trains that didn't have diesel assistance.

Thank you. That is similar to the consist I saw when I saw 734 a few years back. I was reading that 204 is significantly more rusted than expected, so it makes sense she is bit part as it will likely be quite a while.

I eagerly await seeing the promo video set on this fantastic route.

PRR J1 Updated for T:ANE

FINALLY got some time to pick the PRR J1 apart and rid it of the floating items. The D16sb will be fixed in the coming week also. While I had the engine meshes open, I updated the model to all specular textures, added ground shadows to both the engine and tender, and finally gave it the enhanced textured smoke.

Anyone who already bought the model, the link you currently have will link to updated model, if your link says it's no longer active, send me an email at steve.lerro@gmail.com and we'll go from there. I am not sending links over the forum.
