Issue with DLS, 100MB - 0MB in one download

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could possilbly figure out what is going on with my stuff.

I downloaded the Hampshire Hills Traction route from USLW due to my sudden interest in that field of railroading. I installed the route into my game and it came up with missing dependences, so I began downloading. (I do have a FCT) Next thing I know, before the file could even continue downloading, it came up saying I that I have reached my 100MB quota for the day, but I haddent even downloaded the entire file. I assumed that something might be wrong with my computer, so I restarted but it happened again as soon as I tried. I waited over night, came back today. It said I have 100MB to download again, so I restarted the download. Next thing I know "MOOOOO" and I was back to 0 again.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Try the DLS FCT forum, there are a lot of posts and threads telling people over and over again what to do when you get problem with an FCT, downloading etc.
