Is the DLS down again?

I can't seem to reach it here in the US and keep getting a page load error. Is anyone else currently having this problem?

--EDIT--Working here now. Was down for a while. Seems to have been a temporary glitch.

I'm having trouble connecting to the DLS too through CM2... it's probably related I'm sure!
