I ask because when I went onto their website to get a dependency, it loaded for AGES until it popped up a This Site Can't Be Reached notice saying the connection reset. Is anyone else getting this problem?

The host is making some changes with storage and as a result there will be some downtime. It isn't anything to worry about just try back at a later time.
