Can't login to jointedrail.com

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to the Jointed Rail website? I have been unable to login since first trying yesterday. I have tried to login in using two different computers as well as my phone. I also tried on my phone using my carrier instead of wifi with no luck. I have attempted a one-time password login on the site but get a "Something went wrong" error in my browser. I have also attempted to reset my password but do not receive an email for that from them. Browser is Edge, email is Outlook. Kinda stumped at this point.

Thanks for that wreeder. No idea what the issue is for me then, but nothing works. I tried and failed so much yesterday I actually got temporarily locked from the site, so today I am being careful how much I try. I'm certainly open to suggestions.
