How to install Platinum to upgade/above ts19 regional ?'

Hi, I have TRS19 build :105096 (USA Regional) and just bought platinum. I want to upgrade my actual build to platinum (same install) but can't figure out how. The installer's name I got for Platinum Edition in my dowload page is named ''Duchess_Installer'' which has no sense to me and...it does not install saying there is no 2010 folder.

Could you help me please ?

Open 105096.
On the launcher click Trainz Settings > Install tab > Change Trainz update stream.
Choose trs19pe from the stream dropdown list, then patch as normal.
