Help and Clarification for TRS19 Platinum Reinstall

Due to a OS crash I had to reinstall all my Trainz executable files for TRS19 Platinum and Trains Plus. On the Product Downloads page this message appears for TRS19 Platinum:
"DOWNLOAD TRS19 PLEASE NOTE
These downloads are applicable to all regional versions of TRS19, including the TRS19 World Edition, the TRS19 North American edition, the TRS19 United Kingdom Edition and the TRS19 European Edition; the content specific to your regional edition will be installed via the in-game Asset Download tool.
Trainz Plus Members (and Gold Class members)
Trainz Plus is the latest version of Trainz. Retail builds no longer provide access to the Trainz Plus features.
This means that TRS19 and TRS22 installs will work as though you are not a Trainz Plus member.
To access Trainz Plus features, please install Trainz Plus Edition and patch using Trainz Plus stream."

What is bold sentence saying I should do to have TRS19 have the Trainz Plus features? I installed Trainz Plus as a separate install.

Help would be appreciated.

TRS19 Platinum and TRS-Plus are separate products. If you have a Plus subscription, you can reinstall that product without problems if you have a valid subscription. If you purchased TRS19 Platinum, then that's a separate license.

All Trainz versions are region-specific and the downloads reflect, from what I can tell by experience, the region where you purchased your product in the first place. The TRS19 versions mentioned, like all modern Trainz versions, are license-specific and are based on what you purchased. These versions are special editions of TRS19 with a regional set of assets. Instead of having all the routes and content, these versions only have regional content such as North American for US and Canada.

What the bolded statement is saying is you need to download the TRS-Plus version to get TRS-Plus since it's now a separate product. Being a relatively new user here, I don't think you ever upgraded from a previous version. In the "olden days of Trainz Plus", the base TRS22 version could be automatically upgraded to the TRS-Plus version. Since a couple or few versions ago, that is no longer valid and you need to download the Plus version since there is no direct upgrade path in order to use the Plus features.

I hope this makes sense.
