How to fix fake errors?

I am so sick of these stupid assets saying they have errors, and then when I check them, they only have warnings. Usually, on Mac, just checking the errors would fix them, but on my new PC, that doesn't work. Since I can't fix what ain't broken, but the game insists that they are, what do I do to stop them from saying they have errors? Do I have to do a database repair?

'Course, I don't have a Windows version of Trainz, but I wonder - would opening them for editing and commiting them possibly help? Otherwise, database repair would be my go-to.

Cheers,
SM

meow. what version of trainz for windows do you have? you haven't registered a pc version yet from the looks of your timeline.

If this is TANE, I recently read that keeping CM off (do not open it) and launching the DBR from the splash launcher helps out greatly. Some thing about CM open causes the DBR to act funny because the assets are being messed with by both together thus making the false fails pop up.

All 3 versions of the Trainz for Mac have this issue for me. You have an item that is faulty for no reason. If you right click the item and "view errors and warnings", and let it sit for a few seconds, the item will go back to installed or modified. No idea why it does that, but it happens every so often. If the error warning check doesnt fix it, open them for edit, and then submit and it should work.

I've also had this problem, too. This usually happens after a database repair, and since I always start Trainz via Content Manager, I can just right click, select 'View Errors and Warnings', and that'll solve the problem.
