How Do I Operate the RRMods Covered Hoppers?

So I bought some of RRMods's covered hoppers. Specifically, the BNSF Gunderson 3-bays. Beautiful cars. However, I can't figure out how to open the hatches and unloading bays in driver. There are no controls in the details window, and they all have custom loads that no industries I have will work with.

Any ideas?

Don't know about opening the hatches but easy enough to look up the kuid for HP Grain or whatever the common one is and add it into the config file of the hopper as a load
