how do i start this loco and scripting? problem when i change kuids for interior

hello all
could someone explain in english how to start this engine (pics below)
its name is ep1m-717+

the other problem is that i have downloaded a different interior for this loco to try solve the starting problem
and the loco shows no errors in content manager
but when i try to use it in game ,none of the cab controls/display operate correctly
and i get a message saying the kuid is not original
can anybody help with either problem ?
